Growth Habits: Small tree, fast growing, up to 40 feet tall and wide (12 m), 20 feet spread (6 m), rounded crown; dark green leaves, 2-4 inches long (5-10 cm)
Watering Needs: Drought tolerant, needs good drainage, doesn't like excess water
Propagation: Self sows
Some litters and branch that breaks easily make it less desirable close to a house or patio.
Blooming Habits:
Inconspicuous cream flowers in clusters.
