Propagation: Seed or occasionally cutting, grafting/budding

  • by semi-hardwood stem tip cuttings, in summer. Apply IBA TALC 8000 PPM. Use intermittent mist. Root in 5-7 weeks. Wound cutting.
  • by cleft, side graft grafts, in spring.
  • by seeds, in spring. Germinates at 70-85 degrees F. The seeds can be harvested in autumn. The seeds need cold-warm-cold stratification. The usual germination temperature is 70-85 degrees F.
