This Uncarina was described in 1996. It is one of the smallest plant of the genus. The caudex grows underground, but can be raised for effect. There are 2 types, the type 1 has palmately lobed dark green leaves with reddish petioles, and the type 2 has bright green cordate barely lobed leaves.

Blooming Habits:
The Uncarina roeoesliana has smaller yellow flowers that should be hand pollinated, followed by hooked fruit.
