Growth Habits: Evergreen tree, or very large shrub, slow growing, 30 to 40 feet tall (9-12 m), round headed; dark bark; yellow-green leaves, 2 to 5 inches long (5-12 cm); salmon colored new growth in early spring.

Watering Needs: Infrequent deep watering

Very attractive tree, but the leaf color doesn't integrate well with other trees.
Susceptible to verticillum wilt.

Blooming Habits:
Tiny scented yellow flowers in late spring followed by small black fruits.
