Bright yellow flowers, about 1 inch long (2.5 cm), above the leaves in showy flower clusters, 6 to 16 inches long (15-40 cm) in late summer and early fall.
Fruiting Habits:
Seeds are borne in cylindrical pods, up to 6 inches long (15 cm) and 0.5 inches wide.
