Growth Habits: Shrubby succulent tree, eventually up to 20 feet tall (6 m), 10 feet in diameter (3 m), leaves and spines up to 0.8 inches long (2 cm)

Watering Needs: Keep drier in winter

Propagation: Seeds, cuttings


Blooming Habits:
Dioecious. Clusters of 12 or more greenish-yellow, 5-petaled flower, with deep red stamens
