Scientific Name: Anacampseros filamentosa (Haw.) Sims
Synonym: Anacampseros intermedia, Portulaca filamentosa, Ruelingia filamentosa, Talinum filamentosum
Family: Crassulaceae

Origin: Widely distributed in southern Africa (Upper Karoo) up to Namibia

Growth Habits: Leaf succulent, 3 inches tall, leaves up to 0.4 inches long (1 cm)

Watering Needs: Summer grower, keep drier in winter

Anacampseros filamentosa is a very variable species. Its roots are tuberous and occasionally raised for effect.

Blooming Habits:
Pink flowers, 1.2 inches in diameter on a 3 inches tall inflorescence (8 cm)
