Growth Habits: Deciduous shrub, 3 to 10 feet tall (0.9 to 3 m.), 3 to 10 feet in spread (0.9 to 3 m.), dark green orbicular or ovate leaves, 3 to 4 inches long (7.5 to 10 cm.)

Flowers: White flowers, in late spring

Fruit: Blue or black

Watering Needs: Regular water

Propagation: Cutting or occasionally seed, layering

  • by stem tip cuttings, in early summer. Apply IBA TALC 8000 PPM. Root in 7-8 weeks.
  • by trench layers.
  • by seeds, in spring. The seeds can be harvested in autumn. No pre-treatment is needed.
