Origin: Costa Rica

Type: Epiphytic cactus

Stem: 0.4 to 0.6 inches wide (10 to 15 mm.)

Ribs: 3 to 4 ribs

Areoles: Whitish or yellowish

Central spines: 3 to 20, 0.12 to 0.32 inches long (3 to 8 mm.), undifferentiated between radial and central spines

Radial spines: None

Flowers: Pink unpleasantly scented flowers
