Origin: Mexico (Tamaulipas: Miquihuana)
Growth Habits: Generally solitary, mate green stem 0.8 to 2.4 inches long (2-6 cm), 0.8 to 1.2 inches in diameter (2-3 cm), tubercle sides 0.2-0.3 inch long (5-7 mm); young areoles woolly, later bare; 1 to 4 grey spines, often contorted, up to 1 inch long (2.5 cm)
Blooming Habits:
Pinkish flowers at the top of the stem, 0.7 inch in diameter (18 mm)
