Origin: Northern Argentina

Growth Habits: Greyish green globular cactus, 3 inches tall (7.5 cm), 2 inches in diameter (5 cm); 13 to 15 notched ribs; areoles 0.5 inches apart (12 mm); 1 reddish brown central, 0.8 inch long (2 cm); 6 radials.


Blooming Habits:
Diurnal orange red flowers with pointed petals, in summer, 1.2 inches in diameter (3 cm), 1 inch long (2.5 cm).
