Origin: Bolivia (Comarapa)

Growth Habits: Shrubby, up to 10 feet (3 m), 1.6 inches (4 cm) in diameter; 12 to 15( to 19) ribs; 1( to 3) central spines, 1 inch (2.5 cm) long; 5 to 7( to 9) radial spines, 0.16 inch (0.4 cm) long;


Blooming Habits:
Yellow( occasionally red) flowers 1.2 to 1.6 inches long (3 to 4 cm), 0.4 inch (1 cm) in diameter
