Growth Habits: Tree columnar cactus, up to 10 feet tall (3 m); jointed stems; 4 or 5 ribs; 1 or 2 grey central spines, 8-12 radials
Blooming Habits:
White nocturnal flowers in summer, 2 inches in diameter (5 cm)
