Chamomile tea can be made with the dried flower heads, but the chamomile tea is generally made from the flowerheads of the German chamomile (Matricaria recutita).

Flowers in midsummer to fall.

Culture:
Does well in sandy soils. Need frequent divisions to keep compact.
