Watering Needs: Little water when established, well drained soil, good salt resistance

The genus name comes from the Greek for 'beautiful head', referring to the flower.

Blooming Habits:
Globose compound heads, 0.5 inch in diameter (12 mm) of small pale greenish-yellow flowers, at the stem ends, in summer.

Culture:
Prune after the plant has finished blooming to keep a compact shape.
