Home Page | The genus Cerochlamys contains a very small number of species from the Southern Cape Province of South Africa. The name Cerochlamys comes from the Greek for "waxy cloak".
Cerochlamys grows in the fall and winter. In summer they are dormant, and should be kept in light shade, protected from excessive heat and watered only very occasionally.
