Watering Needs: Little to moderate water, good drainage. The lower leaves die when the plant lacks water
Propagation: Seeds, offsets
The leaves are sharp tipped and have fine toothed margins (leaf edges). Because of this, they should be kept away from paths.
Blooming Habits:
Scented white flowers in spring on 8 foot stalks. The main rosette dies after blooming, some varieties grow back from the roots.
