Germination: The same batch of seeds will have different germination length.
Leaf: Costapalmate, Stiff, blue gray,
Trunk: clustering 12 inches in diameter (30 cm).
Flower: Flower stalk coming from Terminal.
Fruit: Brownish red when ripe. 0.75 inches in diameter. round.
Seed: 0.5 inch in diameter. round.

It needs lime and very well-drained soil.
